Here is an Exquisite Corpse composed with the efforts of Cathy Champion, Jimmy Laff, Danielle Austin, Dan McCune, and myself. It was created a couple of nights ago, amid swirls of smoke and Chinese lanterns.
In the twilight air, muffled by a boggy gravity
the sky sits heavy on my shoulder
while hippies smoke weed way up in Boulder
and guitars wail; drums bang
and the aerial cracks in the southwest and spills.
Perhaps, I’d dream of peach-faced women,
little red shoes, sugary boos for sipping,
wine from a glass -like laughing at an inside joke,
then adventures taken; roofs, sky, stars
-Giant gas masses made of nothing in particular
